Long-term booking from 30 nights
Booking costs for long-term rental for 30 nights:
*SINGLE room rent price for one people is 450EUR
*TWIN or DOUBLE room rent price for one people is 240EUR
*in 4-6 place room, rent price for one people is 210EUR
The guest provides personal hygiene products to himself
Room reservation expenses include:
* WiFi Internet access,
* Bed linens and towels
* Room cleaning, bed linen and towel change once a week.
* Room heating in cold seasons
For the long-term rental period, the reservation expenses is paid for every next 30 nights, and the guest must leave a security deposit of 100 EUR. The security deposit is returned to the guest in full at the time of departure, if the condition of the room and the equipment are in the same condition as at the time of the guest's check-in
